There has been a major change in the weather since January 22. Snowfall will start on the mountains. Rainfall activities may continue till January 23. Light rain may also fall at some places in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh. At this time, the maximum and minimum temperatures in North India remain above normal, due to which heat is being experienced. Temperatures will start decreasing from January 24 and cold will be experienced once again on January 26. The minimum temperature in Delhi and surrounding areas will drop to 7 degrees. The weather in South India will remain almost dry, but there is a possibility of very light rain in Tamil Nadu.

Due to which the cold will increase in Gujarat on January 23. Rainfall in South India on January 24-25 is likely to affect clouds in West India. There will be cloudy weather in South Gujarat. There is a possibility of heavy rain in the state due to a strong Western Disturbance from January 27 to 30. There may be scattered showers in South - East and North Gujarat. There may be a change in the weather in early February too. Cloudy weather may occur from February 7 to 9.

Meteorological Department Director AK Das said that the weather will remain dry for the next 7 days. North to northeast winds are blowing. The temperature will remain unchanged for the next 5 days. Western Disturbance is passing, due to which a double season is being felt.
