Meteorological department has predicted rain in Gujarat. Due to activation of
cyclonic circulation, rainfall is predicted in the state. Rainy weather will
freeze in the state. The weather department has predicted rain for the next 7
days.
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain has been predicted in
Dahod, Chotaudepur, Narmada, Bharuch, Surat, Dang, Navsari, Valsad, Tapi,
Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Gir Somnath and Diu today on
August 21.
While tomorrow i.e. August 22, heavy rain has been predicted in Dahod,
Chotaudepur, Narmada, Bharuch, Surat, Dang, Navsari, Valsad, Tapi, Daman and
Dadra Nagar Haveli by the Meteorological Department.

and Saturday.
Heavy rain has been predicted in Kheda, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Chotaudepur,
Narmada, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Tapi, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli
in the state on Sunday, August 25. Heavy to very heavy rain is predicted in
Dahod and Mahisagar.
The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in South Gujarat on
August 26 and 27. Also in Saurashtra, heavy rain has been predicted in
Surendranagar, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Gir Somnath, Botad, Porbandar, Junagadh,
Dwarka, Gir Somnath, Kutch and Diu.
Ambalal Patel's Rain Forecast
Ambalal Patel has predicted rain in the state. According to Ambalal Patel,
flood conditions are likely to occur in some parts of Gujarat between August
23 and 26. He has expressed the possibility of heavy to very heavy rain in
parts of South Gujarat and Surat.

Heavy to very heavy rains are expected in parts of North Gujarat. Ambalal
Patel has predicted that some areas of the state will receive 8 to 10 inches
of rain, creating a flood situation. Chances of heavy to very heavy rain have
been expressed in Panchmahal, Sabarkantha and Kutch. Heavy rains will increase
water inflows in reservoirs and dams and lead to flood conditions. Between
August 21 and 23, light to heavy showers may occur in Saurashtra.
