available here. The entire building will be in the shape of a cube of 400

According to the Saudi Arabian government's plan, it will include a museum, a
technology and design university, a multiple theater and more than 80

New Marmalade will have over 25 million square km of floor area, 104,000
residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, 980,000 square meters of retail space,
1.4 million square meters of office space, 620,000 square meters of leisure

building will be ready by 2030.
