Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST ( Monday to Friday)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Vadodara (Onsite opportunity)
Experience: Minimum 0.6 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Procure people for Different requirements in Healthcare, IT and Non-IT.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
Skills:
Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
Advising on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques for all permanent roles within their business area, working closely with the direct recruitment team.
Deliver market and competitor intelligence through a formal communication strategy, advising on market trends and key senior talent movement and initiatives in equivalent business areas in competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 0.6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Mentoring New Joiners and team Management
In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
Experience in building the talent pool
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
Strong understanding of technical requirements.
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
