Mandatory skill set:- Good communication skills- Ability to get profiles from non-job portals like Social Networking sites, Linked-In, Groups, Google Searches and free job portals- Experience working with Implementors, Preferred Vendors on a need basis.- Should have passion for recruitment and who can think out of the box.- Expertise on Tax terms like 1099, W2 and C2C- Understanding of paperwork, Rate negotiations, Payment terms negotiation, etc.
