Job Description :
i) Emphasis and focus to remain on generating and developing New Business / Clients.
ii) Implement corporate philosophy for business development as may be decided by the Management from time to time.
iii) Meet Organizational plans and regional development needs in respect of the following:
a. Develop Business of Mumbai, Pune, Nasik Ahmedabad, etc.
b. Travel extensively to promote business as and when required.
c. Corporate image building.
d. Identify high profitable markets and develop customers.
e. Fulfill targets fixed by the Management.
f. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly - MIS/sales report
g. Tap New Business Avenues and Verticals
h. Participate in Tenders and RFQ’s
i. Ensure for Profits/margin retention on all new customer generations.
iv) Inculcate a pro-active approach to overcome missing links between Operations and the Customers for improved and lasting relationship.
v) Strictly ensure for customers KYC and contracts to be in place.
vi) Constantly review and benchmark the services provided by doing periodic Customer Satisfaction Survey.
vii) Strive to make GEETA Group services as one of the best in the market by continuously benchmarking with other competitors and create a strong brand name in the market.
viii) Be sensitive to the environment, market and customers with strong sense of identity and results.
ix) Integrity and transparency are the core values in all our business dealings. You shall act in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in a manner that excludes considerations of personal advantage and will not compromise in our commitment to honesty and integrity in any aspect of our business. x) You are expected to act in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
xi) Implementing marketing strategies in line with customer preferences and market dynamics. Devising marketing budgets and preparing sales forecast plans. Driving marketing initiatives to achieve business goals as per company’s vision and mission, while ensuring on the frontline executions and team work implementations.
xii) Managing customer centric issues & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain profitability of the business. Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
xiii) Not to get into routine or handling any of Geeta Group current Customers.
xiv) Keep up to the company expectations and compliance as per the periodic reviews on KRA & KPI’s set.
xv) Time management / strict practices and expedite the job roles / responsibilities entrusted as per the stipulated time frame by following proper channel of escalations.
xvi) Follow ISO Quality Policy.
xvii) Any other additional tasks as may be deemed fit by Management from time to time and any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD as per past work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
