Roles and Responsibilities
Manage customer order entry into the system
Make Production schedule & co-ordinate for customer visit/inspection for their respective order
Prepare one month tentative production schedule day wise/batchwise.
Prepare & daily monitor the 72 hours production schedule. Adjust it as and when require. Keep communicate with respective stakeholders for changes in production schedule & actual production date.
Work with head of manufacturing & marketing department to confirm back the tentative order ready date at the manufacturing location.
Oversee administration, security, legal and statutory compliances
Establish regular update mechanism to stakeholders
Setup Manufacturing Dashboard
Engage self with Quality, Operations Excellence Team and Production teams.
