Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Gather creative brief and inputs for design requirements.
Must have Experienced from IT Companies or Projects.
Research and conceptualize visuals based on the agreed brief.
Presenting and illustrating ideas, concepts, and design solutions to respective stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
Develop final layouts and graphics based on creative brief and feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
Deliver the final graphics to the respective stakeholder in appropriate formats.
Producing video content for YouTube and other video platforms.
Leveraging interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles to engage on social media.
Create IT industry collaterals, Broachers, Leaflets, Mailers, SM Posts, Company portfolio, banners.
Planning video concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Knowledge of Website Designing, Digital Marketing & SEO.
Maintain overall brand theme for the organization.
Create relevant content for social media for lead generation.
Education and Required Experience:
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum 4 yrs. prior experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital marketer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
Possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
An excellent understanding of colour, composition, and typography
Expert in design software and technologies (such as Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A strong understanding of global design and trends in IT Industry & Audience.
