Job Purpose
This role is accountable for UAT testing and peer reviews to provide necessary input for sign off of all new development requiring UAT testing as a part of Data Acquisition digital agenda for release to the business.
Responsible for developing test scripts that will be used for sign off for new development and ensuring they are posted to the test script library.
Responsible for working with the Technology team on defect resolution and retesting.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with technology and business teams to understand new application functionality and processes to ensure completeness in testing.
Works with technology and Solution owners to develop testing scripts aligned with the acceptance criteria that will be used to sign off on all new deployment.
Executes UAT testing efforts including development and posting required testing scripts to the test script library.
Identifies opportunities for improved testing to ensure release of 100% error free code to production.
Provide weekly input on progress on UAT testing efforts.
Align with other Solution and UAT Owners on testing and knowledge transfer inside and across Solution Groups.
Provides final recommendation to Solution Owners on solution sign-off

Qualifications
3+ years operational or technical experience with technical aptitude required
Exceptional communication skills in English – both written and verbal
Strong relationship management and influencing skills with ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization a plus
Ability to work through challenges and manage multiple high priority activities concurrently, driving resolution
Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to execute
Extensive knowledge of operational processes and systems
Experience on Agile methodologies and scrum management is desirable but not mandatory, i.e. Jira, and related testing solutions (Zephyr)
Experience on Android/iOS technologies is a plus
Experience on Field Collection methodologies is desirable but not mandatory
