Experience: 10-15 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Fit up Inspection, Welding Visual Inspection, welding parameter monitoring.
Review of X-ray films, witness of UT, PT & MT.
Witness / monitoring of hydrostatic, pneumatic testing for vessels, reactors, tanks & valves.
Review of heat treatment charts/PWHT procedures.
Protective coating inspection.
Providing customer with detailed reports of shop/field activity, quality issues, safety concerns and incident reporting (if any).
Vendor assessment, Expediting and pre dispatch inspection.
